Vincent is a Partner in the Audit Division of Sproles Woodard and is also Director of Accounting and Auditing for the firm. He has 25 years of experience in accounting and auditing in private equity funds, hedge funds, fund of fund (FOF), oil and gas exploration and production, manufacturing, construction, employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit organizations.
