Employee Benefit Plan

Sproles Woodard performs services for traditional 401(k) plans, pension plans, health and welfare plans, 403(b) plans, and fringe benefit plans.  In addition to performing audit services, we prepare Form 5500, and other benefit plan-related tax forms. We also represent our clients on regulatory and compliance issues with the IRS and DOL.  We stay up-to-date on the latest issues surrounding employee benefit plans and have a dedicated group of employees with experience working with clients in the employee benefit sector.  Our firm is a member of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center.
