Audit Senior Manager

Christopher White, CPA, is a Senior Audit Manager at Sproles Woodard LLP with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting, nonprofit finance, and business leadership. Prior to rejoining the firm, he served as CFO of the North Texas Community Foundation, providing strategic financial leadership and oversight of the organization’s financial operations.

Christopher is also the founder of Holis Real Estate, LLC, and previously co-founded Where the Heart Is Furniture Bank. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Melissa Thompson

Melissa Thompson, CPA

Senior Tax Manager

Melissa Thompson is a Senior Manager in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP and has been with the firm since 2008. She provides tax compliance and advisory services to a broad range of clients, with a strong focus on technical accuracy and long-term planning.

Melissa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy and a Master of Professional Accountancy from the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is recognized for her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality client service.

Denise McEnaney

Denise McEnaney, CPA

Senior Tax Manager

Denise McEnaney is a Senior Manager in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP and has been with the firm since 2001. She specializes in oil and gas taxation and not-for-profit taxation, providing clients with thoughtful, reliable guidance in these highly specialized areas.

Denise is known for her technical expertise, consistency, and ability to navigate complex tax issues while maintaining strong client relationships.

Pete Hulder is a Partner in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP and has been with the firm since 1982. His extensive experience spans oil and gas taxation, as well as the taxation of individuals, trusts, estates, corporations, and partnerships.

Pete’s long-standing industry knowledge and commitment to client service have made him an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues, particularly in complex and highly regulated tax environments.

Bill Feuer is a Partner in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP and has been with the firm since 2000. He provides tax compliance and planning services for individuals and businesses, with a particular emphasis on oil and gas clients operating across multiple states.

Bill earned three degrees from the University of Texas Permian Basin: a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Information Systems, and a Master of Business Administration in Management. His deep industry knowledge and technical expertise make him a trusted advisor to complex, multi-entity clients.

Tax Manager

Dalio Losch is a Tax Manager in the Tax Division of Sproles Woodard LLP, providing tax compliance and advisory services to individuals and closely held businesses. His work includes tax planning, multi-entity structuring, and year-round advisory support.

Dalio earned both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and his Master of Accounting with a concentration in Tax from Texas Christian University. He is actively involved in mentoring staff and supporting firm initiatives related to process improvement and client experience.

Vincent Davila is an Audit Partner at Sproles Woodard LLP and serves as Partner-In-Charge of the Fort Worth office, as well as Director of Accounting and Auditing for the firm. With more than 25 years of experience, Vincent provides leadership and technical oversight across the firm’s audit and assurance practice.

His professional background includes extensive experience serving private equity funds, hedge funds, fund-of-funds, oil and gas exploration and production companies, manufacturing and construction businesses, employee benefit plans, and not-for-profit organizations. Vincent is known for his deep technical expertise, practical insight, and commitment to delivering high-quality audit and assurance services while helping clients navigate complex reporting and compliance requirements.
